In addition to our case management services and collaborative programs, Interfaith maintains programs to improve the lives of the homeless and near homeless of Lower Cape Cod: (for our fundraisers and events, see our events section)

Food Certificate Program

Food certificates work just like cash at many area grocery stores. For every dollar spent from a food certificate, the store donates 5% to the Interfaith Council.

Adopt-A-Family

The Adopt-A-Family program, suggested to Interfaith by friends and supporters, has been a warm and wonderful success. Families, individuals, and children who are most in need are paired with people and businesses who want to give them a happier holiday. The "adopters" receive the first names of their "adoptees" and their holiday wishes. Then the gifts are up to them!

Backpack-to-School

In addition to adopting a family for the holidays, we've extended our giving season to back-to-school time as well with our Backpack-to-School program. Generous donors fill back packs with a variety of school supplies for the children in our Adopt-A-Family giving these kids a wonderful head start to the school year.
